About Collin

My name is Collin Chambery, and I was born and raised in Rochester, NY. Growing up, visiting my grandparents in Florida was one of my greatest joys. I always envisioned myself living here one day, and in 2023, I turned that vision into reality by relocating to Port St. Lucie. This move allowed me to escape harsh winters, embrace year-round golf, enjoy the beaches and sunshine, and embark on an exciting new chapter in my life.

For most of my professional career, I worked in the HVAC industry as a field technician. From a young age, I had a natural aptitude for understanding how things work, often taking them apart and putting them back together. Through my experience in the trades, I developed and refined key skills, including building strong client relationships, problem-solving, attention to detail, and clear communication. The most rewarding aspect of my work was guiding clients through solutions and ensuring a positive experience at every step.

 

After years of physically demanding work, I decided to transition into a career that leveraged my skills while offering new challenges and opportunities. Real estate stood out as the perfect fit. My architectural knowledge, entrepreneurial mindset, and passion for helping people inspired me to pursue a profession where I could directly impact clients’ lives by assisting them in buying, selling, and investing in homes.
